feat: add Plane LXC helper script

Add bare-metal LXC installation for Plane (plane.so), an open-source project management tool. Installs PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, MinIO, Node.js 22, and Python API with Gunicorn/Uvicorn behind Nginx.
