ReenigneArcher a014391ae7 Update for Crowdin Integration ...

- Rename extracted template file to `sunshine.po`
- Add `crowdin.yml`
- Remove `--init` and `--update` from `localize.yml`
  - Crowdin will initialize new languages and update existing ones
